Issue is still ongoing. Microsoft attempted to apply a fix, which inadvertently introduced additional issues that continue to affect 365 customers. Will update once the issue is resolved.

Investigating -
Impact: Some customers may experience delayed or failed email delivery when Microsoft 365 (Outlook/Exchange Online) is involved.
Microsoft is currently investigating an issue affecting multiple Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook/Exchange Online. As a result, emails sent to or routed through Microsoft 365 may be delayed, bounced, or not delivered.
Our platform is operating normally and this disruption is external to our systems. However, customers using Microsoft 365 for inbound/outbound email may see intermittent delivery issues until Microsoft fully restores service.
We are monitoring the situation closely and will provide updates as Microsoft shares more details.
